Hi, Everyone.
I'm sorry that my question is quite vague.
I have heard rumors that some ITSM processes and Catalog Item processes are actually implemented like demo data, and therefore certain out-of-the-box functionalities may not work if the demo data is deleted. Although the source of this information is uncertain, does anyone have knowledge about these rumors or about the specific data in question? I have never experienced this in a PDI, and I apologize that the scope of my question may be too broad.

Hi, @Brad Bowman ,@Simon Hendery .
Thank you for providing this information. This rumor was gathered from information.
There may be other similar information, but it may not be very important as you will need to contact support each time.
[Note]
Take care when removing demo data until the problem has been fixed.

[Example2]
I found some insight into workflow rumor.
Flow not triggered by Service Catalog
cf. wf_stage.list
→ [Service Catalog Request] workflow.
Thanks regards.

I have not experienced this, nor would I expect it to be the case. Demo data is simply the sample Incident, Change, Problem, User,... records that give you something to work with, it wouldn't include any scripts, flows, etc.

Thanks, @Brad Bowman .
It seems that problems are occurring, such as the loss of transaction data required for functions that were thought to be OTB behavior, and the loss of workflows (not flows).
I think the problem could be avoided if there was a way to determine whether the function is a demo or not, but if you have any good ideas, I would appreciate it if you could share them.

I agree with @Brad Bowman - the idea doesn't make sense.
The simple fact is that removing demo data doesn't remove workflows.
