Hi, Everyone.
I'm sorry that my question is quite vague.
I have heard rumors that some ITSM processes and Catalog Item processes are actually implemented through demo data, and therefore certain out-of-the-box functionalities may not work if the demo data is deleted. Although the source of this information is uncertain, does anyone have knowledge about these rumors or about the specific demo data in question? I have never experienced this in a PDI, and I apologize that the scope of my question may be too broad.
