Hi, Everyone.
I'm sorry that my question is quite vague.
I have heard rumors that some ITSM processes and Catalog Item processes are actually implemented like demo data, and therefore certain out-of-the-box functionalities may not work if the demo data is deleted. Although the source of this information is uncertain, does anyone have knowledge about these rumors or about the specific data in question? I have never experienced this in a PDI, and I apologize that the scope of my question may be too broad.

Hi, @Brad Bowman ,@Simon Hendery .
Thank you for providing this information. This rumor was gathered from information.
There may be other similar information, but it may not be very important as you will need to contact support each time.
[Note]
Take care when removing demo data until the problem has been fixed.

[Example2]
I found some insight into workflow rumor.
Flow not triggered by Service Catalog
cf. wf_stage.list
→ [Service Catalog Request] workflow.
Thanks regards.

I think your question is vague and the answer isn't providing clear help for anyone coming across this post. It's not that the workflows are Demo data. The issue lies in the fact that when you perform a demo data cleanup, also some workflows are being deleted, making certain processes no longer function.
The workflows aren't 'demo workflows', they are just workflows to get the process running. For some reason the 'delete demo data' process also deletes these workflows. This isn't new. These are known issues of which ServiceNow is already aware.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Thanks, @Mark Manders .
I found it very interesting that when the demo data was deleted, the workflows and data that should have worked were also removed, causing OTB to stop working.
You're right, the data that was lost wasn't actually a demo, it was essential to OTB and should not have been lost. If the issue is confirmed, we can get support.
I will take care when removing demo data until the problem has been fixed.
