Hi All,

We need to create a report to fetch the incident data that created per every hour for last 6 months.

Eg: 1 Pm - 2 Pm (count of the incidents that created for last 6 months).

Hi Anuja,

Please follow the below steps..

• Click on Reports > Create New.
• Select Table as the source type.
• Choose the Incident table.
• Add a condition to filter incidents created in the last 6 months:Created on > Last 6 months
• In the Group By section, select Created on.
  • Choose Hour to group the incidents by the hour they were created
    • In the Type section, select Bar Chart or Line Chart.
    • Ensure the Aggregation is set to Count.

Hi @Anoja 

To create a report on the Incident table with a trend:

1. Go to the Report 
2. Select Type as Trend.
3. In the Trend by field, select Create (or the appropriate field you want to track).
4. Add your required conditions based on the data you want to analyze (e.g., status, priority, etc.).
5. Save and Run the report to view the trends.

This will generate a trend report based on your conditions and display the data accordingly.
