RITM not approving through email

So basically, Approval is sent through email and also getting response from the user through user. Even though he gives approved, the RITM is not proceeding for approval. There is nothing wrong with the email inbound actions. Also it is working for other users. there is nothing wrong with ACL'S also. Please provide a solution anyone

Hello,
There'd have to be some possible log of this not working. I appreciate you trying to cover everything in your post, but there is still some investigation that needs to be done with the inbound email action(s) and the related processes.
As in, more specific testing to see if it's really just one user? If so, then narrow it down to what they're testing with...are they sending in the email from the same email the approval is associated with? Things like that.
All of that is found in the inbound email action and the script. You'll see that it may call specific script includes, system properties, configuration, so look there for next step, etc.

Hello @Abishek1998 ,
Could you please check in the approval form by impersonating the user facing the issue to check if any other code is blocking, if he is able to approve from the native UI he should be able to approve via email.
