We have recently deployed Service Operations Workspace with our Utah upgrade. At the same time turning on the New (Next exp) UI. Since deployment we have received many escalations from our IT Service Desks that SOW performance is particularly bad in terms of response times and defects (See PRB1673239) . This situation continues despite raising many related Hi cases and escalations to ServiceNow. I can see there are many Problem records and general fixes related to SOW coming in Utah Patch 5 and 6. Has anyone else experienced anything similar ? And if you have what actions are you condsidering or taken ?

Hi there, checking the sys_client_interaction table has been the most helpful thus far.

Yes we have - see my trail here... Does anyone else find Service Operations Workspace... - ServiceNow Community We have spent many weeks going over logs and amending anything we could find that may have been impacting performance but we still see intermittent issues. I was pushing for role back from the new UI so I could access call module and old chat again but I believe there are patches being released now as ServiceNow acknowledge the issues and we are aiming to role the first one of these out mid September. As our issues are so intermittent and we have already agreed to service relief for our outsourced Service Desk I believe we will wait for these now - lets hope they make the difference they need. ServiceNow responses around how our internet etc works just wound me up as call module what we used before SOW continued to perform optimally as did all of our other systems so how can it be related to our networks. And if it is then next time they role something out they should say in advance so we can make informed choices.

Hi Sally, curious if the patches improved SOW performance for you? Thanks.
