Show BCC list in email shown in activity log of incident

We have certain notifications on incident table which will be sent to users in BCC .Is there any way that BCC list can be shown in the notifications populated in activity log ? To , subject etc are visible but not bcc list

 

Please suggest

It's by ServiceNows design to not show the emails in the BCC field hence why that field is not shown in the activity log.  This KB Article explains the details around this:

 

"BCC is "Blind Carbon Copy", which means that if a sender puts any recipients into the BCC field of their email program, then **by design** the intent is that no recipient will ever see the BCC recipients including the BCC'd recipients. Recipients are 'blind' to the data in the BCC field.

When an email with BCC is received, including by a ServiceNow instance, the data in the email received does not contain who was in the BCC field. This can be observed in the headers of the email.  This is a limitation of the SMTP protocol."

Hi Steven, Thanks for the reply. Actually, with my account I am unable to open that support document.

 

In email logs, we can see recipients in bcc list in Blind copied field of that log but not in the notification on activity log. can you share your views on this.

 

Also can you help me know how if there is a possibility to show CC list in notification populated in activity log??
