Simulator Task 3 Validation Issue - Comment saved as Work Note (Blue bar) despite field selection

I am currently working on the [Insert Course Name, e.g., ServiceNow Fundamentals] Micro-Certification. I am stuck on Task 3: Create and Comment on a Record.
The Issue: I have followed all steps (Caller: Adela Cervantes, Group: Software, Subcategory: Email). However, the validator keeps returning: "Did you Post a Comment?"
Technical Details:
I am posting the text into the Additional comments (Customer visible) field.
I have tried unchecking the "Work notes" checkbox and clicking "Post" directly, but the system still records it as a Work Note.
Steps Tried:
Impersonating "Platform User."
Deleting and recreating the Incident.
Manually typing the comment to avoid copy-paste spaces.
