I got this banner when trying to request a PDI "We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience." I really hope they are available soon.

Hi @rama bikki ,
I'm sorry to hear that, however no one will be able to help you as the PDI management is fully automated and ServiceNow isn't providing any support for PDIs. In the worst case, you can release your PDI and claim another one. At least this was always the solution for me in similar situations.

Hi @rama bikki
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
There is no support available for PDI.
If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @rama bikki ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Please also notice the banner they have set on https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
Based on above, please wait, it should come online at some point again.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
