Software installation records are not showing in computer table

Software installation records are not showing on the cmdb_ci_computer table. How to fix this and what could be the issue.

In the list view of computer table, the 'Discovery Source' field is showing as 'SG-TaniumSN' and for some of the records showing as 'SG-SCCM'

There is no such Import set with the name of 'SCCM Software Installation import set runs; and the transform map - 'SCCM → Software Installation transform map'.

 

Can you please suggest what is the target table and source table for the transform map.

Okay, the records are getting through service graph connectors TaniumSN and SCCM. I suspect these computer records will get inserted or Updated through Microsoft SCCM integration. Check the import set records whether data is flowing into ServiceNow. 

Type SCCM in navigator, you will get SCCM Module go through that import set tables.

Suggestion: Install the Integration ETL HUB plugin, you get an clear idea of field and tables mapping.
