Mails with attachments do not show their attachments in ServiceNow

Hello,

 

Email attachments sent to servicenow are not consistently appearing in the task's attachment list, especially when emails are from external accounts.

Check and make sure attachments are received in email. Make sure trigger conditions match the criteria and you have move attachment to record action set in your Inbound Action Flow,

if the user who is responding doesn't have write access to task then attachment won't get added.
