Mails with attachments do not show their attachments in ServiceNow

Check and make sure attachments are received in email. Make sure trigger conditions match the criteria and you have move attachment to record action set in your Inbound Action Flow,
If email reply with attachment from users are not getting attached to the record, refer below

if the user who is responding doesn't have write access to task then attachment won't get added.

where do i check if the user has access to task?
