States on Top of Incident Form

In one instance I can see state flow transition at top of the form on incident form but unable to see it on other instance. How to configure it?

Make sure process flow is part of the form layout and an make sure it is at the top.

Also if nothing show here is how to create the process flow.

Hi @gazalagrawa ,

This feature is called the Process Flow Formatter. To configure it, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to:
   System UI → Process Flow Formatter

2. Create a Process Flow for the desired table.
   Ensure you define the correct order and appropriate conditions for each stage.
   (Refer to the attached screenshots for an example created for a custom table.)

3. After creating the process flow, go to the form where you want to display it and open:
   Configure → Form Builder

4. In the Form Builder:

   • Add a new section at the top of the form.
   • Click Add (+), then go to More → Formatters.
   • Select Process Flow and add it to the form.
