Hi
My Company is considering integrating ServiceNow with Teams.
I can't find information confirming that for Major Incident management external users would be able to directly attend a meeting created from the 'collaborate' tab.
For example
Everyone in the company has an email address ending in @company1.com
In a major incident can we invite someone external to the company (software vendor/external stakeholder) to a conference call meeting from the collaborate tab. The external person is from a company that uses teams but they are not part of our company and therefore have an email address like person@company2b.com?
This document https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-security-management/page/product/secops-integration-...
states "Integrate the Major Security Incident Management Conference Call with the third-party service providers as a communication channel to meet with the stakeholders to resolve the major security incidents." but I'm not sure how that works.
Would be grateful if anyone could shed some light.
