To add all detail in table form and send notification.

Hi, 

 

I need to send email that should include all detail in table form. I have catalog item('ABC') and it is having field A, B, C, D and when user submit request through portal it should send email to user including all detail in table form which user has added in request form. 

Can anyone please help me with that.

Do I need to make any change on that. When request submitted for that catalog item I need to send email, I don't need any approval.

Record producer is in different scope. When user submit that request and it is storing in table('Visit'. It should send notification with having all detail in table form.
