Hi @satyamk as you already know there is no support for PDI either you have to wait or request new one

Meke sure your PDI is still tagged to you and not released from the Developer login profile.

If this is still tagged to you, you can try resetting password from Developer profile and login

 have you tried to go through https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do - if yes? What is stating?
