Update State/Attachments/Text Content from Reply Email to Req Item

I have a requirement where the Assigned to person clicks on 'Send Email' UI Action on SC Task , it sends an email to Requested By & Watch List of Req Item Record.
So if the Requested By/Watch List person responds to that email, state of the ticket should change from Awaiting Response to Work in Progress and any attachment/comment sends as part of response should be copied over to Req Item & SC Task.
Can someone assist on this, how to implement?

Hi @Biso_Boby ,
You Can utilise flow for this attaching a sample trigger flow for your reference. Here you can specify the actions you want to perform after receiving any inbound emails, you can also update the status of incident by using update record action and the incident for which it came.
