User is being redirected to different user profile

Hi 
I noticed when 2-3 user are trying to access the service portal they are redirected to different user.
All 3 user are redirected to same user.
Have asked the user to clear the cache history, log out and in once again, change the browser everything.
But still, it is the same issue.
Can somebody help me on this.

How you are managing the sign-on option? Is it basically authentication (username/password)or sso?

 

SSO.
But i asked the user to login with their username and password.
But still its redirecting them to a particular user profile.

how are they logging in? Is SSO enabled?

What debugging have you done so far?

Did you check any login script is doing that?

Yes sso is enabled.
Being an Admin i tried to impersonate them ,i can see their profile,but for them its redirecting to some else profile.
