user not able to copy and paste screenshots in additional comments

Hi Team, 

On the incident form, user is not able to copy and paste screenshots in additional comments but when I impersonate with that user then it is happening. Please assist in this regard as I have checked all the roles which are required for the user.

Instead of copy/past, to drag and drop, or click to browse from a file - are these options enabled?

It is same in our instance also @GlideFather anything to be updated in this property?

@GlideFather  Yes, the caller in the caller field are able to attachments using clip icon but the only problem is copy/paste the snapshots is not happening. When I impersonated with the same user and tried, I am able to copy/paste the snapshots, also suggest me on how to raise Hi Ticket for this
