User not able to see the attachments in form

User is not able to see the attachment when added by a particular user but When user from other groups add the attachment. It is visible to everyone. If its an acl issue? explain detaily as to which acl I should use?

Open the attachment table and check if you can see it. If you can't see it then it may be ACL issue or encryption issue.

Please enable debug security and reload the attachment with the table sys_id filter and find out the read ACL that is blocking to view the document.
