My thoughts/explanation
UI Action in Workspace
-> To show a UI Action on a Workspace form, enable the required checkboxes in the Workspace section and add the script there.
-> Note that Workspace client scripts support only client‑side objects like g_form.
Requires Role
-> If multiple roles are specified, the logged‑in user must have at least one of them to see the UI Action.
-> The UI Action condition must also be met.
