Activity filters in Service Operations Workspace

Just wanted to confirm with someone about this behavior in SOW:
Whenever a user customizes the incident or catalog task activity filter in SOW, does it not stay like in the standard UI? Does it always get reset on every record when its opened?

Hi @KB15 ,
I guess in the initial version of the service operation workspace it is getting reset, I can see it's not getting reset on the latest version of the service operation workspace, can you check which service operation workspace version you are on? you may need to upgrade to a recent version(sow 4+).
