You cannot have related links in workspace, you can have buttons 

what are you trying o do here especially on update sets?

After any changes to the form and need to move the changes to other instance using Add to UpdateSet or Force to updateSet. But cant able to customize the Related links.
We have many Related Links like Repair SLA etc. How we can achieve this?

As i showed earlier, in workspace you can get the form buttons/menus. You can try those and see if it works for you.
