Configuring the Inbox in Service Operation Workspace

Hello community

 

I am trying to configure the inbox in SOW, however, I have an issue. I cannot see the status in my PDI. It is empty.

How can I make the status visible as in the following example?

@AysenurU  Above chat works as in example if you have setup Agent chat in your instance appropriately for atleast one service channels. Please refer this documentation to setup agent chat correctly and status records.
