I'm hoping someone here has experience with this. I am trying to add a new section/field to the PIR (Post Incident Report) in the SOW (Service Operations Workspace).
I added a new field (Impact Summary) to the sn_sow_inc_post_incident_review table and added it to the Editor and Default views of that form. I also added it to the UI Page.
The weird thing is that it shows in the Incident Summary section in edit mode only:
It doesn’t show at all in view mode:
The goal is to get it to show in its own section underneath Incident summary and for it to show in both edit and view mode. Does anyone know where to do that? Thanks in advance for your help!
