Hi, I am very new to ServiceNow and just getting to know the platform. I just got the following user story:
In the SOW view, I would like the category of the INC to carry over when a CHG is created from an INC record. Further, if the INC has an associated CI or Service, that then should also be associated with the CHG.
Making this story is very easy to achieve in the regular sys admin view, but for the life of me, can't find where to achieve this story in the SOW portal. I've noticed that description and short description does carry over out-of-the-box, and I also know that SOW is managed from the Now Experience Framework, but I am extremely ignorant of this specific section of snow.
Does anyone know how can I achieve this requirement? Or where I can find the script/business rule/UI action that pre-populates the description and short description?
