Adding Affected user field to the record information in service operations workspace

Hi All,
Has anyone tried to add new field like affected user/opened by and brining all the other available below to it in the record information in the incident form. As of now we see only caller.
I want the same tab with 'affected user/opened by' info.

To change the content of the Record Information and add the Opened By Person Card is UI Builder territory (way out of my league currently).
Maybe you know this already but the only other option I know is to add the field to the Details page by going to Classic UI, switch to View Service Operations Workspace and go Configure - Form Layout and add the Opened By Field. It will then appear in SOW.
