Call UI Page from Service Operation Workspace UI Action

Hello Team, I have a requirement to replicate the UI Action present on incident page on the Service Operation Workspace.

In the UI Action, I am calling a UI Page using GlideDialogWindow, but in the workspace it is not working, currently I am using below script, but it is also not working.
