how do I modify/edit impact section in for Incident form in service operations workspace (sow)

Hi Community,

I am having a requirement to remove/disable the 'Affected consumers' card from the impact section in the overview tab (Incident form).
But I am not able to figure out where to navigate and make change.
How do I achieve this?

Hello @Akash_Yadav,

 

You can refer to the community post Hide impact card on the Incident form in SOW as it walks through the  steps to remove or hide the Affected consumers card from the Impact section on the Incident overview tab.

Hi @Akash_Yadav 

 

You can make this change in UI Builder, using the Component Builder.
In UI Builder, go to Service Operations Workspace.

  • Search and select "SOW - Record tabs lefts"
  • Select "Incident Overview SNC" and it will load UI builder.

Now, you can edit this variant as needed.
