I have added a new knowledge base and I want to find articles from it when I search in Agent Assist sidepanel in SOW. How do I configure what knowledge base it should use?

in my instance there is no condition.
So it must be searching in every KB base.
You wanted to search in particular KB or all?
what you updated there?

I have a table configuration / Search context for Incident deflection (SOW).
This one had a Resource Configuration for knowledge articles, which has a condition.
It was filtered to certain KB bases, probably because we had HR articles before.
It's just IT now so I wanted it to search all active KB bases again.

do you have published KB articles in that new KB base?
If yes then those KBs are not showing in INC in SOW Agent assist?
I believe it should search across any KB and you need not configure everytime a new KB base is created.
