How to get Email option on record form side pane CSM and FSM configurable workspace

How can I add the Email option in CSM and FSM configurable workspace? What is the backend table name?

if you enable email_client=true on the Collection type field on your table the Email Compose starts showing up in workspace

How to configure email client templates on tables 

From above KB

To enable the email client for another table: 

  1. Open a record in the table.
  2. On the form, from the menu icon, select Configure, and then select Dictionary
  3. In the Dictionary Entries list, open the first record.
  4. On the form, in the Related Links section, select Advanced view.
  5. Search for the record type, for example 'incident'. 
  6. In the Attributes field, enter email_client=true
  7. Select Update.

Hi Ankur,

 

Email client is set as true still I cannot see the option on workspace

@gazalagrawa 

even admin cannot see?

is it showing on native?

As an admin and everyone else, I can see compose email but not Email tab next to comments
