How to Move Watch List to Middle panel with Comments section in SOW

Hello,

I have requirement to add/move watchlist section in middle in SOW.

I am not able to add it by configuring it on incident form, I have also tried using UI builder to add watchlist section in middle in SOW, but it is not working.

Does anyone have any idea how to configure this on SOW?

watch list section contains field and it will always be displayed in Details section

Compose section is used by agents for posting journal entries like Comments/Work notes

That's by design and you can't show form fields under Compose section

Please inform customer that this is not feasible and not allowed and please stick to OOTB platform feature

That image is reference image from customer, we need to configure according to that.

We cannot say directly to the customer that this is not feasible,
Is there any other way to achieve this, If there's any way it will be helpfull.

that image is an actual implementation done in customer instance or that's just an image they shared by doing image manipulation

If it's just information image and not actually implemented then as I shared that's not feasible.

You can do some POC in your PDI for UI builder but I believe that's not going to work
