SOW activity tab shows no information on incident table

I received an email from a user stating that all information on the activity tab in the SOW is empty even though there is activity happening. For example, messages like assignment group changes and additional comments are not displaying when viewing in Service Operations Workspace.

Where can I navigate to make it so information from the default view activities section translates to the SOW Experience?

For anyone that has this issue in the future, I found the solution. The form layout did not have the field 'Activities (filtered)' in the 'Notes' section. Make sure you have this configured, or you might have this same problem!

Click the Filter icon next to Activity heading and select the values in Post Types and Field Changes

There are no Post Types or Field Changes in my instance.
