you can update these 2 system properties but it would be changing it everywhere in instance and not for specific table
This won't impact SOW
For SOW check this
Configure journal field tile icons and colors in Configurable Workspace -> check if this works only 1 table or entire tables
Change the background color of the journal fields in the activity of a form.

thanks for response , yes have already updated system properties but it's not reflected on Service Operations Workspace. Please suggest.

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Yes tried but the color codes not updated on Service Operations workspace view on the incident.
