In Service Operations Workspace (SOW), the Overview widgets currently display “No Data Available” when no tickets are assigned to a user or when the user has not created any tickets.
Requirement:
When a user has no assigned tickets and has not created any tickets, the widgets should display a count of 0 instead of “No Data Available.”
Can anyone please help me here?

In the all navigator type Platform Analytics click on dashboards,
select Overview dashboard and click on edit and click on the visualisation widget
and on the right side you can see the setting as info message click on that and do the configurations like below,
Now do the same thing for the remaining widgets.

It is not possible to show "0" instead of the "No data available" error message in regular data visualization.
