Service operation workspace Customization

In Service operation The current design for the Incidents view, with three vertical columns, is challenging to
manage doe End Users, as the information is quite compact. How we can Change the
layout from three columns to three horizontal rows ?

Hi @ashishkathait ,

 

The layout of Service Operations Workspace is adjustable, you can hide the sidebar by clicking on the selected sidebar. Use the options provided on the bottom to show only the form or activities section.

This is not a UI/design issue this is related to train the users, how to use the platform.

Why are the end users using the SOW, it is mainly designed for fulfillers. Not to be used by end users.

I don't think you can change that layout to horizontal.

The vertical layout is good for user experience and it automatically fits the content based on browser resize.

Please inform your customer about this and ask them to train your agents.
