Hello,

 

we need add My Approvals(KM approvals) in list view in Service Operation workspace for console user with u_knowledge_manager role, is this possible?

Yes it is possible. you need to add the additional condition in  the UX list so that it will visible to the  u_knowledge_manager  role please check the below screenshot

you need to create one more record in this for your My Approvals(KM approvals) with aditional condion of the approver.roles = u_knowledge_manager
