Declarative action to open a panel similar to Compose Message in Service Operations Workspace

Hi ,

We have a requirement to have a declarative action in Service Operations Workspace that should be similar to Compose Message of Agent Workspace. Please help me with this.

you already have OOTB Compose Email present on most of the task extended tables

If it's not there on your custom table then ensure in Collection Type Dictionary Entry the email_client=true is added in attributes

Ensure you create email client templates for your table and when you see "Compose Email" and click it will open that email client template
