SOW Modal View Usage

Hi All,

 

Can anyone tell some information on where we use SOW Modal View in Service Operations Workspace Incident Module?

 

I can see, we have below view and fields added to it, but couldn't find more information on where this view is being used.

 

Could someone provide some information on this please.

Hello,

can you go the that view record and confirm if that's not a custom view ? I doubt if its an Out of the box view

Yes, it is an out of box view available in every instance. But like to know where is this being used.
