SOW Modal View Usage

Hi All,

 

Can anyone tell some information on where we use SOW Modal View in Service Operations Workspace Incident Module?

 

I can see, we have below view and fields added to it, but couldn't find more information on where this view is being used.

 

Could someone provide some information on this please.

I believe this SOW Modal View in Service Operations Workspace Incident Module is not in use any more.
