UX hightighted value on reference field

I have created a UX highlighted value on the SOW workspace and its working

Now when i click on the user field of the highlighted value its not opening the user record

But when i open the non highlighted value the user record is opening.(abel tutor)

I think there was a issue when you apply UX Highlighted value on list, please check below link
