UX hightighted value on reference field

I have created a UX highlighted value on the SOW workspace and its working

Now when i click on the user field of the highlighted value its not opening the user record 

But when i open the non highlighted value the user record is opening.(abel tutor)

@Sarthak Kashyap  The value is highlighted in list view, but when we look the record in related list then the highlight value (reference field) is not highlighted.

In the new list, supporting highlighted values for reference-type fields appears to be a bug, as it causes the field to lose its hyperlink functionality. Please refer to the following article: Field highlighting does not work for reference fields in workspaces list view - Support and Troubles...

Although there is no official documentation available, my understanding is that this occurs because the highlighted value functionality manipulates the DOM, causing the reference field to lose its hyperlink behavior.
