Hello,
How can we implement VIP tag in SOW while creating the Incident, The tag should be visible once the "Requested for" is filled. The tag should be visible before saving the incident, is this possible?

it works when you change the caller in Native as well without saving the form
But the logic for onChange won't work in SOW as it's platform limitation

the VIP icon on SOW form comes using Field Decorator and it won't work unless record is saved.
It doesn't work on fly as per my understanding.
