Hi, 

Need to configure the SOW landing page overview  report filters . I have created a copy of  'SowIncidentLandingPageUtilsSNC' script include and tweaked the filter condition but this dosent work out . Please let me know is there any other way to configure those filters

Hi @Ragavi,

You don't need to create a copy of the OOB Script Include. Modify the SowIncidentLandingPageUtils instead.
