Hi All.
My instance is https://dev124890.service-now.com
It was scheduled to be updated to Tokyo Patch 9 Hotfix 2 at the end of June. That seems to have failed and now it's permanently offline. No option to restore from backup or anything.
I get a new 'Your instance will be upgraded' notification every three days but it never seems to work.
Cheers,
Oliver.

Hi @ohallifax ,
It’s unfortunately not possible to restore a PDI, since ServiceNow deprecated the possibility from December last year. Hence, your only option is to request a new fresh installation.

Thanks Anders. When I went to release it, having given up on getting back the custom app I had been tinkering with, the Developer Portal page had this link. ServiceNow actually link to a page on this forum where someone from ServiceNow was helping with PDI instances. Which seems to be long in the past, yet still they link direct to that post to give people hope!
Oh well if they are truly not monitoring or supporting the PDI instances I'll just have to start from scratch!

Hi @ohallifax ,
Yep, know about the link, but the community is not monitored for PDI issues. In my opinion the link should be removed not to confuse different users.

Hi @ohallifax
Unfortunately, there is no way to restore PDI, better to take a new one with the lower release.
