Can't find OAuth System options in my PDI

I posted this in the App Engine forum, but it may make more sense here.

 

We have customers who have been requested an integration with ServiceNow to pull some details from their SN instance into our product. I registered for a PDI, and have been given access, but I cannot for the life of me seem to figure out how to get to the screens where you configure OAuth connections. 

 

I think what I'm looking for is the System OAuth > Application Registry screen. I want to be able to prototype the integration in our development environments before releasing it for our customers.

 

I must be missing something straight forward, but am honestly having a hard time finding the screen that I'm looking for. This is the only screen I can really get to:

You need to go: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do 

Click on your icon top right corner:

Click "change user role":

And select admin instead of app engine studio creator:
