flows are not executing

Flows are not executing, under the flow execution section there are empty entries and when I click on them the message

Waiting for flow execution data is displayed with a refresh button, when pressed nothing happens.  This is occurring on my personal development instance and on a self-hosted lab instance we have installed.  How can I restart the flow execution application or plug-in to clear this state?

do the baseline example flows run?

No the base line example flows are not triggering either.

My suggestion: open an incident with Hi support.

Efinney, did you find an answer to this? I am having a similar issue the flows will trigger for a while and then all of a sudden just stop. If I resave/reactivate them again then they will work when new records are created but eventually stops again. I have a ticket in to HI, but have no solutions yet.
