Hi All,
I am trying to access the HR module (any part of it) via My Developer instance however I get security constraints.
Facts:
1. I am an admin on my instance
2. I activated ALL Human Resource plugins
Issues:
1. All of the HR module are hidden from both admin and HR admin (which I was able to impersonate and check)
2. Admin cannot enable the HR module menus - they are hidden due to security constraints
3. I have no idea what the password for hradmin account would be to access and update menus from there and I am unable to update the password because of the security constraints
4. I don't think the hradmin can enable the menus (I tried when I impersonated the user) so even if I login as this user it will be of no use
Please advise how I could enable the HR module menus on the left-side pane?

Hello Kamile,
On which version is your DEV instance running?
In addition, under "I activated ALL Human Resource plugins" what should we understand? All of these:
If you are on Jakarta, following the official documentation (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/jakarta-hr-service-delivery/page/product/human-resources/task/act... ) step - by - step should lead you to successful activation and operation with the HR Module. This leads me to the conclusion that you are not on Jakarta?

Hi Georgi,
I was on Jakarta. I also just refreshed my instance to Jakarta again to proceed with the steps you sent the link to above. However, I am complete the first step where Human Resources Application: Core [com.snc.hr.core] needs to be activated.
If I proceed without the Human Resources Application: Core [com.snc.hr.core] then I can install the HR app but it does not show up in the left-side navigation pane still! And I am not able to make it active with admin access.
Any other suggestions? I'd really appreciate!

Hi Kamile,
Could you please confirm that after completing the mentioned steps - did you log out of the instance & then logged back in?
If Yes - one you were back in -> you tried searching for the plugin menus and you did not find anything (HR Administration, HR Profile, etc.) in the Application Navigator (left - side navigation pane)? There is absolution nothing connected to HR?

Changing hradmin password and resetting it via portal did the trick
