I am trying to install a plugin. I am asked to login for MFA and I am receiving a message that I cannot "login" with my current login and password.

Not every Plugin is available for PDI
Yes you cannot login with this ID. because it is your PDI.
If you have a company ID with access to nowSupport only then you can request for some Plugins still not in PDI. Instance should be atleast sub-prod Instance.
Can you please share which plugin you want?

Thank you everyone who took the time and responded to my issue. It turns out that I need to access the SN App Store from my PDI. Apparently it is not a Plugin, it is the "Navvia" app. I need to speak with my SN Admin and check my access.

but there's a problem , in Agile Development 2.0 Simulator Micro Certification (Course) there's a lab to be validated about Verify Necessary Plugins Are Active they ask you to verify is installed if not you need to installed from the servicenow store
