Hi,
There was some maintenance that occurred on our instance overnight last night which was supposed to have no impact/no downtime however, colleagues that worked during the night advised me that the instance was inaccessible during the maintenance window.
Is there somewhere I can check that will definitively tell me whether the instance went offline or not?
Thanks
Rich

I use UptimeRobot to check if the words "User name" are on the page "https://<instance>.service-now.com/login.do".
When it doesn't find the words, it send and email that the instance isn't available.
Regards,
Michael

Go to support.servicenow.com and login
Go to Instances > Instances dashboard
Click on the name of your instance
Switch to the P1-free tab
You can see system downtime, you can select the date range, and you can export it
