How do you restart a personal instance.

I am not able to activate my personal instance. I logged in to developer.servicenow.com and it keeps saying "Restarting Instance" for the last 8hours. When I debug it on the browser, I see the following error also.

" Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token 's', "sandiego" is not valid JSON".

Let me know if anyone can help.

Hi,

Unfortunatly there is no resolution for that as of now. Its a Known issue these days. Instance help is no longer monitored by servicenow anymore. None of the solutions are working now. like before we had a give feedback button but its gone now. You can try to restore refer to this link.

BACKUP AND RESTORE YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPER INSTANCE

And in the future you should take backup Yourself.

Note: Best you can do now is to release the instance and request for new one if you dont have important data. you will have a new instant in less than 5 min.

But before you do that wait for sometime please. Today there have been reports of PDI being offline, wait a little, it may restore soon.

Thats happening to PDIs. Restarting, Refreshing, Offline. Just wait a little if it doesn't come online
you will have to release and request new one.
