Knowledge Article Import Error

Hi,

I have successfully imported knowledge articles, however over the last few days when I try to import, I am receiving the below error: -

Import completed with error          

Invalid or zero size file

The file is a Word document (.doc), which includes text, pictures and links.
As mentioned have successfully imported similar articles to the instance (Jakarta) in the past, but now I am receiving the above error every time I try an import. I have also deleted an existing article, and tried to re-import this again and am now receiving this same error.
Any ideas?

Hi, I have had to reset my instance, and all is working for now.
